Blue Hour on the Flats

Intentional Camera Movement (ICM) is a creative photography technique where the camera is deliberately moved during a long exposure to create abstract, painterly effects. This ICM photograph was taken the flats of Skaket Beach, which at lowtide reveals stunning layered textures in the sand.
